What you need

Your name, address, email and phone.
Date of birth to confirm you are 18 or older.
A government-issued ID for verification after review.
Your pension day, if you want the pension-month view.

What this form does not ask for

No Social Security number, no password, no card number and no identity document upload. A banker sends a secure link if verification is needed.

How long it takes

Most applications are reviewed the same business day. If we need more information, a banker contacts you at the email or phone number you provide.

Deposits are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation up to $250,000 per depositor, per insured bank, for each account ownership category. River Gem Bank will never ask for your password or a one-time code by email or text.
